Once you’ve ordered a pack from our website, you will receive a download link with the email you’ve submitted. In case you have created an account on our website, you will be able to download your past orders via your account page.
Our sample packs are delivered as .ZIP files. Use a tool like WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract them. Simply right-click the file and select “Extract Here” or choose a folder to extract it to.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a sample pack, you can request a refund within 3 days of purchase. Simply fill out our contact form, including your order number and the reason for your request, and we’ll process your refund.
